Class Preparation
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for yoga practice. To gain maximum benefits, refrain from eating 2 hours
prior to class commencement. Yoga mats and blankets are available for use at no charge. It is advised to bring your
own mat if you have one. Please ensure cell phones are turned off prior to entering the studio space to minimize any
disturbance. As some people may be allergic, please refrain from wearing perfume and strong scents. Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time.
