INTERMEDIATES **NEW CLASS** begins February 23, 2012
This class builds on the foundation of the Basic Beginners classes and offers the opportunity to progress your practice in a systematic and sustainable way. This is the next step from Basic Beginners and ideal for anyone who has some previous yoga experience.

STRONG & DEEP
Emphasis is placed on holding asanas to develop both strength and flexibility while giving the opportunity to experience the deeper effects of a sustained practice.

PRENATAL YOGA
Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life to connect and contemplate the beauty of creation. As the body, mind and emotions are going through changes, a nurturing prenatal yoga class can bring about balance, calm and rest. This gentle class will give the expectant mother and growing baby the nourishment they need in preparation for birth. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Note for all classes: Teachers instruct in a manner where all students needs are met regardless of health conditions or experience level. However, beginner students are encouraged to attend at least 6 Basic Beginners classes before attending the Intermediates or Strong & Deep sessions.
